Head Monarch

Head Monarch basically a ruler of the kingdom or country. They are either King or Queen that was recognize by Aristocracts and Ministers of the country either they are getting the throne from the war or through successor. Usually Head Monarch was ruled by King but Asvarre and Brune currently is a special case which was ruled by Queen currently.
